Yoga Is the Stillness of the Mind  योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः

Yoga is a journey of seeking — who we are beneath the noise. Beyond the shape of the body, the rhythm of the breath, even the stories we tell ourselves.
Yoga offers freedom — from suffering, from separation, from forgetting or remembering.
To live in harmony with the universe, to rest in our true nature: love, presence, awareness.
But to arrive there, we must quiet the mind.
Like waves settling on the ocean’s surface, only when the thoughts grow still can we see clearly into our depths.

Nice to Meet You – I’m Eidan

A yoga teacher, movement guide, and lifelong student of the inner world — teaching arises through presence, precision, and deep reverence.

My approach blends fascia-informed yoga, myofascial sequencing, and embodied breathwork — a living union of science and soul.

Yoga first arrived as sanctuary — a space to breathe, move, and touch something sacred beyond words. In time, that space unfolded into a path. A calling. A way to guide others home to themselves.

Whether in a Koh Phangan yoga class, an immersive retreat, or a 50-hour fascia yoga teacher training, each container is held with care — welcoming transformation across body, mind, and spirit.

Teachings draw inspiration from Tao, Advaita Vedanta, Kabbalah, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the classical yogic path — woven together with embodied anatomy and the language of fascia. The invitation is always the same: to return. To feel. To remember.

From the deepest layers of connective tissue to the stillness of pure awareness — the journey is both subtle and profound.

My Path –
From Chinese Medicine to Fascia Yoga in Koh Phangan

The journey began with a quiet pull — a curiosity to understand the subtle intelligence of the body, energy, and the unseen threads that hold us together.

In 2010, Traditional Chinese Medicine became the first doorway. It offered a holistic way of seeing — one that listens deeply, honors the rhythms of nature, and speaks through the language of energy. The study of meridians, acupuncture, and herbal medicine revealed a deeper current beneath the physical — an invitation to feel what lies beneath the surface.

But something in the heart longed for a more embodied experience. In 2018, that call led to India and the disciplined path of Ashtanga Yoga. Breath by breath, shape by shape, the practice became a mirror — humbling, clarifying, and transformative. What began as structure became sanctuary.

Along the way, teaching emerged — not as a goal, but as a natural extension of integration. Anatomy, philosophy, energy, and lived experience began to interweave. Classes turned into trainings. The practice revealed its power to meet each person where they were and guide them inward.

Anatomy had always held a quiet magnetism — a hidden language that spoke of memory, movement, and meaning. What started with books became an ever-deepening inquiry: podcasts, interviews, dissections, and hours of study into fascia and myofascial pathways. Not simply for knowledge, but to understand: how does the body remember? How do stories live in tissue, tone, and tension?

That inquiry eventually led to Germany in 2023, where a full immersion in Myofascial Integrated Alignment (MIA) opened a new portal. Fascia revealed itself not just as connective tissue, but as a living, spiritual system — a network of continuity, responsiveness, and deep listening. Movement became less about external shapes and more about inner sensing — a conversation between gravity, breath, and consciousness.

Today, the teaching is a fusion — rooted in ancient wisdom, informed by modern science, and constantly evolving through personal practice and devotion. A path where fascia, philosophy, and freedom meet — and where every breath is an invitation home.

Why I Teach

Because yoga isn’t just about shapes — it’s about connection.
To breath. To self. To the living wisdom inside each of us.

I teach to support those remembering who they truly are — not by adding more, but by softening into what’s already present.

Whether it’s through a myofascial yin yoga training, a creative sequencing course, or a shared breath in class — my intention remains the same:
To offer a practice that unites body, mind, and spirit.

Breath by breath. Step by step.
Homeward.
