Nice to Meet You

I’m Eidan — a yoga teacher, movement guide, and devoted student of the inner world.
I found yoga first as a sanctuary — a place to connect with my breath, my body, and something deeper I couldn’t yet name. Over time, this practice became a path, and eventually, a calling to share.

My teaching is rooted in presence, precision, and a deep curiosity for the human experience. I guide students toward clarity of mind, strength of body, and freedom of spirit — weaving together movement, breath, and philosophy in a way that speaks to both science and soul.

Inspired by Tao, Advaita Vedanta, Kabbalah, and the classical teachings of Yoga, I offer a space where ancient wisdom meets embodied practice.

Through this integration, my aim is not just to teach postures — but to help others remember who they truly are.

My Journey

My path as a teacher began long before I ever thought of teaching.
It started with curiosity — a pull toward understanding the body, energy, and the invisible threads that hold us together.

In 2010, I stepped into the world of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It opened my eyes to a different way of seeing — one that listens to the body’s wisdom, honors cycles, and speaks the language of energy. Acupuncture, herbs, meridians... all of it taught me to sense what lies beneath the surface. It was my first taste of holistic healing, and it laid the groundwork for everything that would follow.

But something deeper kept calling — something more embodied, more immediate. That call led me to the mat.

In 2018, I traveled to India to dive into the discipline of Ashtanga yoga. There, I learned to breathe with intention, to move with precision, and to meet my edge with presence. The structure of the practice gave me a kind of inner architecture — something steady to return to. It was challenging, humbling, and transformative.

Over time, my teaching began to evolve — not just as a reflection of technique, but as an expression of everything I was integrating: anatomy, philosophy, energy, and experience. I began sharing classes, then leading trainings, and witnessing how yoga could meet each person exactly where they were — and invite them into something more.

In 2023, I felt the next layer calling. I immersed myself in Myofascial Integrated Alignment — a training that bridged science and spirit through the study of fascia, biotensegrity, breath, and embodied awareness. It shifted the way I see movement — not as isolated parts, but as a fluid, connected whole. Fascia became a doorway into creative sequencing, deeper listening, and energetic harmony.

Now, my teaching is a living blend — rooted in ancient traditions, nourished by modern science, and always evolving through personal practice. I draw from Taoism, Advaita Vedanta, Kabbalah, and classical yoga — not as abstract ideas, but as living maps to guide us back to ourselves.

Whether I'm guiding a class, leading a teacher training, or holding space in a workshop, my intention is the same:
To support others in remembering who they are — not by adding more, but by softening into what’s already there.

Breath by breath. Step by step. Homeward.

योगश्चित्तवृत्तिनिरोधः
"Yogaś citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ"

Yoga is a journey of seeking — who we are beneath the noise. Beyond the shape of the body, the rhythm of the breath, even the stories we tell ourselves.
The heart of yoga is freedom — from suffering, from separation, from forgetting or remembering.
To live in harmony with the universe, to rest in our true nature: love, presence, awareness.
But to arrive there, we must quiet the mind.
Like waves settling on the ocean’s surface, only when the thoughts grow still can we see clearly into our depths.
