(We kindly suggest planning your travels so you can arrive during this window and settle in comfortably. If your arrival time falls outside of this window, please let us know in advance so we can support you accordingly.) -
Welcome & Orientation Circle:

Travel & Preparation Tips

We recommend arriving on the island at least one day in advance, especially if you're traveling internationally or from far away.

Closest and most convenient airport: Samui International Airport (USM)

From Samui, take a short ferry (30–60 minutes) to Koh Phangan.

Fly into Surat Thani Airport (URT) on the mainland, which typically offers lower-cost flights.

From Surat Thani, you can take a bus + ferry joint ticket to Koh Phangan (total travel time approx. 4–5 hours).

These connections are well-organized and easy to book through travel apps or local operators.

Pack light, breathable yoga clothing, a journal, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, a swimsuit, and any personal props you enjoy using. Mats, blocks, and straps are provided at the venue.

Deposit & Payment

A deposit of 20% is required to secure your spot in the training. Payment can be made via the website or Wise transfer — contact us for details.

The remaining balance is due on the day of arrival.

Cancelation

100% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before retreat start date.

50% deposit refund for cancellation 15-29 days before retreat start date.

Cancellations made 0–14 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Facilitator
In the rare case that we must cancel or postpone the training due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, low enrollment, travel restrictions), you will receive:

The option to transfer your payment to a future training date.
